These spaces provide entrepreneurs with a personalized experience platform, including office rentals and commercial activities such as seminars, workshops, and corporate events tailored to community needs. Satellite Office Model

Implementing the satellite office model, which designates smaller offices outside the main headquarters, YTU Startup House Points aims to eliminate the notion of a single centralized hub. This model encourages organizations to open multiple small offices, offering a work strategy that provides office spaces in various city locations. Points Lounge: A Hub for Everyone in the Technology Ecosystem

YTU Startup House Points aims to support not only Technopark companies but also firms outside the Technology Development Zone (TDZ). Under the 'Lounge' concept, it will be open to a diverse range of companies. The Points Lounge spaces are designed to facilitate interaction between companies inside and outside the TDZ. Located entirely outside the TDZ, these lounges serve as physical meeting points for collaboration, dining, events, meetings, seminars, and investment discussions.

New App Launching in August

Currently operating as a web-based system, the YTU Startup House Points reservation management system will be available as a mobile app starting in August. This new app will allow users to monitor office occupancy rates and easily book meeting rooms and workspaces.

Hello Summer Event with YTU Startup House Points

Recently, the 'Hello Summer Event with YTU Startup House Points' was held at the YTU Yıldız Technopark campus in Maslak 1453, Istanbul, bringing together entrepreneurs and company executives. The event, attended by numerous guests, showcased the new platform designed to enhance space efficiency through modern office systems and the 'satellite office' approach, which features both closed and open office solutions.

During the event, YTU Yıldız Technopark General Manager Orhan Tanışman delivered the opening speech, emphasizing their role as a bridge between entrepreneurs and investors.
